British singer-songwriter MIRI blends heart and grit, distilled through a smooth, melodic pop filter.
MIRI has received radio airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music, Radio X, Radio DIVA and BBC London performing regularly around the UK and Europe gaining a reputation for her eclectic gigs and stage presence including Sofar Sounds, Bush Hall supporting Laura Veirs, Pride In London and a recent tour of East Germany.
MIRI co-promotes and co-hosts live music night "Blue Monday" at The Boogaloo created for LBQT women and allies now in its 8th year and featured in The Girls Are...and God Is In The TV Zine as one of the top ten women led live music nights. Blue Monday also collaborates with award winning music venue Green Note on sold out events called "Girls To The Front” bringing female musicians to the forefront and working towards equality in the music industry. MIRI features on the DIVA Powerlist and was recently invited to speak on the “Women & The Future Of Music” panel at The Roundhouse for “Rising Futures” festival. She is also on the BEAT Board, an advisory board to The Featured Artist Coalition.
